As we near the end of the Book of Revelation, Pastor Stu teaches Chapter 20 verses 4 - 20. Though we learn of the binding and loosing of Satan, the lake of fire, and what awaits the unbelievers, it is balanced out by what learning what awaits those who do believe in Jesus Christ. It is The Millennial Kingdom: Here is what the scripture tells us it will be like:
  • Israel will be the leading super power.
  • There will be no more war.
  • Animals and humans relations will be transformed.
  • People will live longer.
  • All who live at this time will acknowledge and submit to the Lordship.
The Millennial Kingdom is just one of the events that happens between the end of the Church Age and creation of the New Heaven and New Earth. The question is: are you clinging to this world or are you putting your trust in Jesus? If you’re unsure, join us Sundays @ 9:30 am.

Pastor Stu continues our study through the Book of Revelation as we read Chapter 20: 1-10. The 7 year tribulation is about to end. But there is prep work that has to be done before the Millennial Kingdom is established by our King. Drawing on scripture from Daniel, Ezekiel, Micah, Matthew, and others, we find a lot of information explaining what will happen. There is a period of 75 days where the Tribulation ends and the Millennial Temple is established. Jesus will stand on the Mount of Olives and it will split in two.

It is then the fourth temple begins. We see that this is a temple used for sacrifices. We know there is no longer a veil, no mention of the ark of the covenant, or no mention of a high priest or a king. So if there are sacrifices, what do they accomplish?

God finds value in ceremonial remembrances and memorials. Sacrifices are ritual purification. Sacrifices may have to do with the nation of Israel. As we near the end of our study of Revelation, we invite you to join us Sundays at 9:30 am to see what happens at the end.

Pastor Stu began his service this morning with a communion teaching out of Psalm 30. He reminds us through this wonderful writing to be thankful to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the cost he paid for our salvation.
After communion and reflecting on this, Pastor Stu gives a detailed teaching on the places that await us depending on the choice we make on earth. From Revelation Chapter 19, we first read of the “lake of fire”. We learn through this lesson what the lake of fire is and what it isn’t. Words used in the Bible include Sheol, Apollyon, Abbaddon, the pit, the abyss, Tartartus, and hell are not the lake of fire though they represent temporary separation from God. The Lake of Fire is known as Gehenna. This represents the permanent separation. The descriptions are terrifying because it represents eternal punishment: “he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone” (Rev. 14: 10b)

To avoid this punishment, God offered His perfect Son on the Cross as the atonement price.

Each week, Pastor Stu teaches chapter by chapter, verse by verse through the Bible. If you are looking for a good Bible believing church, join us Sundays at 9:30

When we have a fifth Sunday in the month, we are blessed by the presence of the Crossville Mission Bible Training Center residents. John, the director, explains the tenets of their Discipleship Program. Two of the people gave their testimonies which were very powerful in their growth through the Lord.

Pastor Stu then continued his teaching on Revelation 19. God is working out the salvation for the Jewish people. We are reminded that we are not saved as a nation, a family, or a church. No, it is wrought in the heart of each person. In many of the books of the Bible such as Isaiah, Zechariah, Psalms and Romans, we assured of the saving Grace has for the Jewish nation at the Second Coming of Christ.
His coming will be Glorious! All the earth will witness His coming. Jesus will come to execute judgement on all.
“THE LORD WILL JUDGE HIS PEOPLE.” (Hebrews 10:30)
Join us to learn the conclusion of Revelation in the coming weeks Sundays @ 9:30.

As we near our study through the book of Revelation, Pastor Stu teaches on Chapter 19: 17-21. John sees Jesus (Faithful and True) riding on a white horse and on His thigh was the title, “King of King, and Lord of Lord” Behind the rider is an army of heavenly soldiers who is carrying a Sword. The Man on the horse is prepared for battle.

Verse 19 says “and I saw the beast, the king of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His armies.” Jesus fights his enemies and defeats them all.

Pastor Stu then takes us through the stages of the war and the supporting Bible Verses. We covered the first four stages 1.) gathering of world’s armies near Armageddon, 2.) the fall of Babylon, 3.)the fall of Jerusalem and 4.) the armies of Antichrist at Bozrah. Next week we will conclude the teaching with last four stages.

We meet every Wednesday @ 6:00 p.m. and Sundays @ 9:30 a.m. by going chapter by chapter; verse by verse in the Bible.

Pastor Stu’s message in Revelation 19 brings us to praising God in Heaven, the Marriage of the Lamb, and the Marriage Feast. These events will likely happen in Heaven after the Rapture and prior to the Tribulation although there are other thoughts. Where and When is not as important making sure that we are there. This is how we can be blessed by Him:
  1. Blessed is he who reads and hears the words of this prophecy.
  2. Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord.
  3. Blessed he who watches.
  4. Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb.
  5. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection.
  6. Blessed is he who keeps the words of prophecy of this book.
  7. Blessed are those who do His commandments.
Be Blessed by the Lord. Join us 9:30 a.m. on Sundays.

Babylon has fallen!..Finally is the title of Pastor Stu’s latest teaching on Revelation 18. Babylon is a city, but is also a symbol of the abominations in the world and possibly what is wrong with the world in terms of religion, government, and economics. Much like Sodom and Gomorrah in Lot’s day, Babylon is destroyed. Destruction includes losing all the wealth and idols that existed. The kings of the earth mourn for all that Babylon stands for and the loss.

Should we rejoice over death and destruction? No. But we can certainly rejoice in God’s righteous judgement that He brought to avenge His saints.

What is coming in the Tribulation time will be terrible. God wants us strong for the days ahead, since we don’t know when He will return for His Bride. Most of all we need to work on our relationship with Jesus that will carry us through to eternity.

Come join us to be strengthened each Sunday @ 9:30.

January 3, 2021
We welcome 2021 through praise, worship, communion, and study of the Word continuing in Revelation 17.

Pastor Stu begins the Revelation study by reminding us that Chapters 17 and 18 are not in chronological order with the events of the previous chapters. We read in Revelation 17: 5 “On her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. But what does this mean? Babylon is a woman, a city, a symbol of idolatry, of abominations and religions who are opposed to God. Evil will be on this earth in every aspect including religion, politics, and the economy. Satan, who declared in Isaiah 14 how he desired to be better than God and to be worshiped, will try to destroy through any way he can.
Much calamity and chaos is coming. Meanwhile our job is to be a witness of Christ Jesus and salt and light to the rest world. Our testimony is our walk as a follower of Jesus.

December 27, 2020
With the New Year of 2021 looming in the near future, we are pressing on in our study of the book of Revelation 16: 12 - 17:5. As with other passages, the verses tell of a time set by God that will show the world that he has had enough. A war will occur at Megiddo in the valley of Jezreel or Armageddon.“Prepare for war” declares the Lord, “and I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations.” (Joel 3: 9-13)

The 7th bowl is poured out and despite the terrible conditions, men continue to blaspheme God. To understand why people react this way, we have to understand the religious, political, and economic conditions that brought the world to this hatred of God. “MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH” rules the world more and more each day misleading people to believe in immortality, idolatry, and violence to name a few.

For today, Pastor Stu warns us, “Do not trust in any human institution!” Trust in God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Walk the path He has laid out for you, relying on Him so you do not fall into the world’s deceptions.

Services are Sunday @ 9:30. Live streaming on the You Tube channel at Calvary Pathway.
